It is often said that we are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a human experience. We are eternal souls whose individual consciousness lives on beyond each human lifetime.
This workshop consists of three, sixty-minute sessions. Each session of this experiential workshop invites you into a gentle, guided exploration of past life regression inspired by the teachings of Dr. Brian Weiss. Through guided meditation, you will be led into a calm, focused state designed to access memories, images, and impressions from another lifetime your soul has experienced.
Drawing on Dr. Weiss’ compassionate and heart-centered approach, this workshop emphasizes healing and a more expansive perspective of your soul. Whether your experience is vivid or subtle, the goal is for you to gain a deeper sense of connection, clarity, and understanding to integrate into your present-day life.
Past life regression meditations provide us with an opportunity to explore more of what our souls have already learned. By gaining insight into Who We Are, we are better able to learn from our experiences across time and release what is no longer serving us.
*Ellen Henry has studied past life regression therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss and has earned a Certificate in Past Life Regression Therapy from The Weiss Institute.

Those in the unseen world always have something to share with us. And they know better than us what they want to say! When we allow them to take the lead in the communication, we become clearer channels for spirit, unfolding their story and holding space for greater healing for both our communicator and sitter.
Spirit never wastes a thought or feeling. During this experiential online development circle, we will use both discussion and group exercises to explore enhancing our blend with our communicator, trusting them to determine the evidence to be shared and the story they want to tell. As we move our human minds and expectations out of the way and, instead, focus on what we are receiving from all of our psychic senses, we enhance our ability to deliver deeper, more accurate, meaningful, and heart-centered communication.
This course will help you focus on the communicator’s evidence and deliver the messages they want to share. When we trust our communicator, they will unfold their story for us to tell.
This course is suitable for students who are consistently able to link with communicators in the spirit word and who want to continue to refine their connection, evidence and message delivery.
