Cancellation Policy

Please provide notice to MessagesByEllen@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. There are no refunds for clients who either cancel inside the 24-hour cancellation period or fail to show up on time for a booked appointment.

 

In case of emergencies or illness, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Healing Messages by Ellen.
